All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

Luma and its developers (stq3, ghxst.wtf) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to account bans, data loss, or any other damages.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord or email.
